Emirate Golf Course ClubhouseGolf on the fringe of the city, Emirates Golf Club – the Middle East’s first championship grass course, is an oasis of green. Its two beautifully landscaped courses offer challenging but fair golf to all standards of players.

The Club is the venue for the annual Dubai Desert Classic.

Golf Course 

  • The Majlis is an 18-hole championship course and plays to a par of 72. This was the first grass course in the Middle East and takes its name from Arabic for ‘meeting place’. 
  • The Wadi is an 18-hole course and plays to a par of 72. It is dominated by a spectacular landscaped wadi.

Facilities

  • The impressive Clubhouse, designed in the style of a group of Bedouin tents, is among the most recognised landmarks on the international golf scene.

  • Individual and group tuition by PGA qualified professionals.
  • 3-hole Golf Academy for tuition and practice, equipped with two driving ranges, an air-conditioned teaching centre and the latest video swing analysis equipment.
  • Swimming pools, a gymnasium, squash and tennis courts, grass football pitches, and a well-stocked Pro Shop.

Rules of Play

  • All players must have a handicap of 28 or less for men and 45 or less for women.
  • The dress code requires collared shirts and golfing shorts or longer covering on the course and in the Clubhouse.
  • All golf courses are spikeless.

Booking
